    Error in template alma bx, bX Recommender displays error page

    Symptoms

    bX Recommender displays error page when you choose one of the recommendations

     

    Workaround

    The alma_bx template in Mapping Tables has &]rft_id, instead it should be &rft_id. This is resulting in a 404 HTTP error page in Primo. Please remove the "]", Save and deploy the Mapping Tables.
