    Description:
A number of intermittent problems have been reported when e-mails are sent from interfaces other than English:

    1. The titles (i.e. Title, Author, etc.) appear in English instead of the current interface language
    2. The characters from the language get corrupted
    3. $$E for the link is not substituted by the code in the code tables

    Resolution:
This has been fixed in SP 2.1.6, RN 5058:

The labels of fields in e-mails are now sent in the active user interface language.
