How can I change Primo Back Office password if I don't know the current password?

    Answer

Only SuperAdmin role users can change the Primo BO password without a need to enter the old password.

For other rule users the BO requires entering the Old password in order to create a new password.

If you don't remember the old password you can:

    1. Create a new user and delete the old one.

    2. Contact Primo Support and ask to reset the old password - we will create a temporary password for you that will be sent via Email.

Please note: Only SuperAdimn and Admin rule users have access to the BO "Manage Staff".
