How do I terminate a Stuck Pipe?
- Product: Primo
- Product Version: August 2016 Release
- Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, MultiTenant-Direct, Local, Total Care
Description
Primo Pipe appears to be "stuck", not progressing for several hours or days.
Clicking 'Terminate' button does not seem to have any effect.
Resolution
The multi-threaded nature of Primo's Publishing Sub-system may occasionally cause a Database lock preventing the Pipe from progressing normally and preventing Primo from properly Terminating the pipe.
If you suspect this may have occurred, please open a Case with Primo Support for additional analysis, and manual correction, if possible.
