    Desired Outcome Goal:
    Increase the RTA response time before TIME-OUT error

    Procedure:
    1) Go to the BO-->Advanced Configuration > General Configuration Wizard.
    2) Change the RTA Timeout value.
    3) Deploy System Configuration.
