    Description

Is it possible to FRBR or Dedup local records with Primo Central records?

When results of blended scopes (local records + Primo Central records) are displayed it is possible to see records from these sources referring to the same title, or to different versions of this title.

    Resolution

Records from Primo Central can't be deduplicated or frbrized with local records. They are not stored locally and the Primo Central data are identical for every customer.

FRBRization of records WITHIN Primo Central is possible. If you encounter Primo Central records which should have been frbrized but aren't or which are incorrectly frbrized please contact Ex Libris.
