Link from title/thumbnail to online resource fails

Problem Symptoms:
- Click on title/thumbnail retrieves an error page
- In the Views Wizard "Define link from title" is set to ?€?Link to online resource?€?
Cause:
Primo add &gathStatIcon=true at the end of the link from the thumbnail icon, this URL does not work.
Resolution:
PRM-17235, fixed in SP 4.6
Additional Information
This defect was originally fixed in SP 4.3 but was re-opened in version 4.4.1.
