Main Menu Link does not open to the URL specified in the view configuration

Why is a Main Menu Link opening to a New Search instead of the URL specified in the view configuration?
Answer
- This problem commonly occurs when the Main Menu Link is a Primo URL containing a colon(:) in the view code
- The colon should be encoded as %3A
- For example, if the URL contains "&vid=<institution code>:<view code>", it should be changed to "&vid=<institition code>%3A<view code>"
