    Here are some things you might not know about Primo v4.

    Multi-Tenancy in the Back Office
    This is everywhere in the Back Office. Nearly everything has an Owner and it will be either the Installation (i.e. global) or the Institution (i.e. specific). For example, following an upgrade all Normalization Rules will be owned by the Installation while Pipes and Data Sources will be owned by an Institution.
