    Permalinks prompt to sign in after authentication when there is no result

    • Followed a Permalink into Primo for a Primo Central resource
    • Primo displayed a message suggesting you need to sign in to see the resource
    • After signing in the same message is displayed
    • No result is displayed
    • The result can no longer be found through search 

    Defect Status



    1. Go to Primo Back Office > Advanced Configuration > All Code Tables
    2. In the Subsystem drop down select Front End
    3. Edit the Error Messages Code Table
    4. Find the row with the Code
    5. Update the Description to be useful in both situations. For example:
      No record found. You may need to be signed-in or on campus to view this record. <a href={0}>Sign in</a>
    6. Click Save & Continue
    7. Deploy the Code & Mapping Tables
