    Primo is down – java process terminates with no indication for shutdown

    Problem Symptoms:
    Java process just terminates with no clear indication for a shutdown in the end of the log.

    Cause:
    The OOM (out of memory) killer terminates the Java process.

    Resolution:
    The OOM killer settings need to be inspected and changed by Ex Libris cloud team.

      • Primo indexing process gets stuck in "Stopped" mode
      • Primo is showing an item is 'Out of Library" and "On Shelf".
