    • Product: Primo

    Problem Symptoms:
When trying to open Primo reports in the Back Office blank page is opened.

    Cause:
    1. Alias is used to access Back Office instead of the full hostname.
    2. Reports URL is incorrect, for example:
    [primo]:160X/primo_publishing/admin/acegilogin.jsp?birt_report

    Resolution:

    For Dedicated Direct Customers:
Go to BO > Advanced Configuration > General Configuration Wizard > Installation
    Check the Reporting Base URL
    Change to alias http://[primo].hosted.exlibrisgroup.com:1601/birt/frameset?__report=Report/
    Save & Continue
    Deploy Search Engine Configuration

For Multi-Tenant Customers: Use the Load Balancer address.
