Saved complex queries retrieves blank screen

Problem Symptoms:
- A complex query is saved. For example, an "exact search refined by 4 facets.
- When clicking on the saved query in Internet Explorer browser, and empty page is opened.
- FE log shows:

Additional Information
In some cases it is impossible to save complex queries. After click on "save" nothing happens. The error in the log is the following:
