    Description:
When you sort e.g. for de_DE values, all the values from Language Code en_US are always displayed at the beginning. de_DE values follow.

    Resolution:
Code Tables are designed to sort languages as your description: English will always appear on top and chosen language afterwards. The reason for this sorting is that usually English language is used for comparison with other language values.
