    Description:
Recently there have been repeated cases of the Syndetics web service being down.
As a result Primo pages are waiting for book jackets from Syndetics and this is hanging the display.

As a temporary solution of the problem, Syndetics delivery templates should be disabled in the back office:

Advanced Configuration -> Mapping Tables -> Delivery sub system -> Templates

The following lines should be disabled:

    syndetics_excerpt

    syndetics_abstract

    syndetics_thumb

    syndetics_toc

Please deploy mapping tables after the change.

The lines should be enabled when Syndetics service is up again.
