Unexpected error in Blended search - DeepSearch has timed out

Symptoms

1. A Blended search returns "Unexpected Error" for all searches
2. A Local only search returns results
3. A Primo Central only search either
   1. returns results after a delay
   2. Does not return results
4. The FE library server log contains errors like

Fixed in the Primo May 2016 release
