Ex Libris is committed to providing its customers with a highly secure and reliable environment for its hosting and cloud-based applications. It has therefore developed a multi-tiered security model that covers all aspects of hosting and cloud-based Ex Libris systems. The security model and controls are based on international protocols and standards and industry best practices, such as ISO/IEC 27001, the standard for information security management systems (ISMS), and ISO/IEC 27701:2019, the requirements and guidance for establishing, maintaining, and continually improving a Privacy information management system.
