How long is my RefWorks data retained after I cancel my subscription or account?

Answer

Refworks is committed to robust data protection and retention policies. Customer data will be removed from RefWorks system and deleted 120 days after account deactivation or cancellation. The customer will have 30 days to download account data before it is deleted.
