How do we ensure that Interested Users are notified when an item is received in Rialto?
Answer
In your Rialto Shopping Cart, under Interested Users, make sure you enable the "Notify interested users when an item is received" checkbox.
Do this by clicking on the icons next to the interested users name:
Then enabling the notification:
