User Notifications Letter (New Gen): This letter governs Title Alert notifications and are sent to users who elected to receive email notifications via the Notifications interface.

Interested In Letter: This letter is a core Alma feature, and notifies those listed on the Interested Users tab on a PO line and has Notify user upon receiving/activation checked.
