    Several Librarians on our staff would be interested in using Summon Analytics to monitor potential acquisitions or the success of LibGuides and instruction activities.  But it is bad security practice to give multiple people full administrative authority over a system, particularly when they don’t have training on the full administrative module. This is a security issue and a big problem for users of Summon Analytics.

    Ex Libris is looking into giving direct login access to Summon Analyics, see response for S5. This should provide better login options.
