Ulrichsweb: Getting Started

How do I use the Client Center to administer my Ulrichsweb service?
If your library subscribes to any 360 Service or Summon, please read the 360 Core and Client Center: Getting Started guide to familiarize yourself with the Client Center.
If your library subscribes to Ulrichsweb and not to any 360 Service, use this document to familiarize yourself with the Client Center
This document is designed to get you familiarized as quickly as possible with the Ulrichsweb administration tools located in the Client Center. The information below is not intended to be a complete guide to everything about the Client Center; rather, it is a place to begin as you start to use the Client Center to administer your Ulrichsweb service.
Rather than describing every tool available here on this page, we have provided links to key documents and videos throughout the Support Center that will explain the processes.
This document has three sections; select the section title here to jump straight to that section:
-
Getting Ready -- Get access to the Client Center and the Support Center.
-
Getting Set -- Set up your library's Ulrichsweb service.
-
Go! -- Monitor and optimize Ulrichsweb after your patrons and staff start using it.
