01MST: Acq loader: price cap field does not load properly

Description:
When using the Acquisitions loader to load the Price cap field populated with a decimal number (e.g. 20.15), the number is rounded to be integer (20). Upon entering the value using the KB Manager, the decimal value is loaded properly.
