    Cleanup utility

    Description:
    When using the cleanup utility (Util-c), there are the following issues:
    1. util-c-1 (“Deletion of temporary files”) doesn’t run if the directory name is in uppercase. When entering a path with lower cases the process ran successfully.
    2. util-c-2 (“Deletion of old tasks output”) doesn’t function.
    3. util-c-3 (“Truncate Oracle Text errors”) works properly.
