    False Error message when final price of ACQ matches total price of Local records

    Description:
    Under certain circumstances, the cost share of an Acquisition record vs. the total amount of Local Acquisition records are not calculated correctly. This leads to the following message to display when it shouldn't be displayed: "Error message: The total of all cost shares exceeds the price of the acquisitions record"

    For example, if:
    - ACQ final price is 5153.15 GBP
    - First local ACQ cost share is 1288.29
    - Second local ACQ cost share is 1288.29

    Sum remaining for the third local ACQ is 2576.57
    When trying to add a third Local ACQ with cost share 2576.57, the mentioned Error message is displayed.
