    Read-only user cannot scroll in attributes notes fields

    When a field contains more text than can be seen on the screen, the scroll bar is not accessible for the user who only has view, and not edit, privileges.

    w/a: The content of these fields can be viewed by using mouse: clicking on the text and dragging it down. However this method is not convenient and makes the reading field content difficult.
    w/a: The problem occurs only in IE, when using FireFox the note fields in the e-product attributes have an accessible scroll bar.
