Some Scheduled report parameters on the edit view are missing

When entering scheduled report in the edit view some of the scheduling details aren't displayed.

To be reproduced on il-verde05 slot 3:
- On KB Tools > Reports > General report of e-products, please create scheduled report with the following parameters:

- Go to the KB Tools > Scheduled Reports/Tasks and open the report you created in the 1st step.
- Please not that when opening the report in edit mode some of the fields are reset to their default - "filters on active records" is still set, but e-Product type list has no selection made, Activation from date is blank.
