Unwanted behavior when trying to make changes in AskAleph html using xsl

Description:
1) When the bibliographic description section is removed, the system puts the bibliographic information at the very top of the screen as unformatted text.
2) If the code for General Invoice and Line Invoice is flipped, they still show in the original order.
