    e-Print records can't be assigned with only one Library

    Description:
    Please note that this problem occurs only under certain circumstances and not on all servers.

    When creating an e-Print record and then updating it to be related to only several Libraries, an error message is displayed: 'at least one library must be chosen' when the record is submitted.

    w/a: the problem is not reproduced when using FF3 instead of the IE browser.
