    unclear permission error and permission descriptions

    Description:
    If a user is associated with the privilege "Create/edit acquisitions" but not with the privilege "Activate acquisition," this user can't edit any field in acquisitions records that are active. When trying to do so, the following message is received: "Error message: User does not have permission to perform the requested operation - Activate acquisitions in instance {1}".
