    unique combination doesn't take into account titles

    Description:
    When a file is uploaded to UStat and some of the e-journals in it have a publisher and platform in common with e-journals from another file that was uploaded earlier, the ejournal statistics in the earlier file will be erased. This problem comes up regularly when loading Highwire usage statistics.
