    3rd Party App Whitelisting

    • Product: campusM
    • Operating system: iOS, Android

Both Apple and Google require the submission of a set of whitelist definitions that identify 3rd party apps that campusM could be linked out to. This is to prevent malicious linking that could be used to compromise the data privacy and security on the user’s device.

    Updating your Whitelists

If you want to be able to link to a 3rd party app from your native campusM app that is not listed above, then you will need to open a support ticket to request the app identifier to be added to the whitelist manifest. This is updated at build time, so you will need a new build for the whitelisting to be active. Until this is updated, the app will not link out to the 3rd party app.
