What is happening to the database PBS Video Collection?

The database PBS Video Collection from the provider Alexander Street Press is no longer being updated. In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from PBS Video Collection database and the database will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on 3/20/19. The database will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible. (NOTE: The database code for this database is JP.)

Continued PBS Video coverage from Alexander Street Press is available through the following databases from Alexander Street Press:

• PBS Video Collection: Second Edition (All Titles) database ID: AAPOL
• PBS Video Collection: Third Edition (All Titles) database ID: AECJL

These changes will take effect on 3/20/19.

• Before 3/20/19: PBS Video Collection database ID: JP.
• After 3/20/19: Subscribe to:
  • PBS Video Collection: Second Edition (All Titles) database ID: AAPOL
  • PBS Video Collection: Third Edition (All Titles) database ID: AECJL

Actions you may need to take:
