360 KB: Duplicate Max Plank Databases: Titles Will Be Removed -- July 2017

What is happening to the database Max Planck Encyclopedia of Comparative Constitutional Law and Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law databases?

ProQuest currently has duplicate databases for Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law and Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law from provider Oxford University Press in the Knowledgebase. We are correcting this duplication and deprecating the following databases:

    Duplicate databases to be removed:

    Database Code Database Name
AGCLM Max Planck Encyclopedia of Comparative Constitutional Law
KMX Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law

    Subscribing libraries should subscribe to:

    Database Code Database Name
ACRHL    Max Planck Encyclopedia of Comparative Constitutional Law
2R1 Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law

The duplicate databases (Noted: Database Codes KMX and AGCLM)  will no longer be updated. In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed these databases and they will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on July 7, 2017. The database will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible.

This means that this database (and its titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for this database. However, the database will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.

Actions you may need to take:

    • If you are a 360 Resource Manager, 360 Counter, or Intota client, you may need to make some changes to your account settings before July 7, 2017:
      • Intota users click here.
      • Client Center users click here.
