360 KB: LexisNexis State Capital Database: Titles Will Be Removed -- May, 2018

What is happening to the database LexisNexis State Capital?

ProQuest currently has title-level information for the LexisNexis State Capital  from provider LexisNexis in the Knowledgebase. The provider has indicated they are unable to supply us with a title list to keep this database updated.

In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on the Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from LexisNexis State Capital database in the Knowledgebase on May 18, 2018. The database will become a zero-titles database. (NOTE: The database code for this database is LXP.)

This means that this database (and its titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for this database. However, the database will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.

Actions you may need to take:

    • If you are a 360 Resource Manager, 360 Counter, or Intota client, you may need to make some changes to your account settings before May 18, 2018:
      • Intota users click here.
      • Client Center users click here.
