What is the process for requesting changes to the Knowledgebase?
ProQuest often learns of changes to titles and databases from the providers themselves, and we implement those changes in the 360 KB on a monthly basis.
However, sometimes providers make changes (to things like titles, coverage dates, URLs, and so on), and we don't hear about them right away. Often it is clients like you who have informed us of needed changes, and we have a system for you to get the information to us.
To request that we make such a change to the Knowledgebase, use the Support Portal (accessible from the More Sites drop-down menu above). To route your request efficiently, when filling out the contact form select 360 KB as the asset.
When you are done, click Continue.
ProQuest's staff will respond to you soon acknowledging your request. The request will then be put into our 360 KB queue for prioritization.
