How long does it take to make a change to the 360 KB knowledgebase authority data?

Most of the databases in the 360 KB knowledgebase are updated once a month.

The usual process is to update a series of databases from a single provider and then answer client requests that have been submitted for those databases, because providers will often correct their own metadata with their monthly updates.

In addition, sometimes we must contact a publisher if there is a question about the data, and that can dramatically increase the wait time before 360 KB changes are made.

This means that if you submit a request to us to modify some data in a particular database - e.g. adding missing titles - and the database is not scheduled to be updated soon, or we need to communicate with the provider, it could be several weeks or more before your request is resolved.
