Please avoid using any unproven bookmarks or other links to the Client Center. Doing so may avoid unexpected errors during login.

Make sure that you enter your username (typically your email address) properly. Incorrect case and any extra characters or extra spaces can cause failed logins.

If you cannot remember your username or it does not seem to be working, use the Contact Us menu near the top of our Support Center page (More Sites > Support Center) to request assistance.

Make sure your password is entered properly. Zeros are often mistaken for the letter O, and vice versa.

If you cannot remember your password, click the Forgot Your Password link on the Client Center login page. You will be sent an email with a new, temporary password.
