    1. Can I get an all new set of MARC records to load into my catalog?

    Can I get an all new set of MARC records to load into my catalog?

    If you want to make sure that your catalog is completely up to date and accurately reflects your holdings in the Client Center, we can generate an all new set of 360 MARC Updates records for you upon request and at no additional cost.
    Please note that you will first need to remove all existing 360 MARC records from your catalog before loading the all new set.
    To request an all new set, please use the Support Portal option near the top of this page, and make the following selections:

    Service: 360 MARC Updates

    Category: Inquiry

    Question Summary: All New Set Request

    If you simply want to receive your 360 MARC updates before your regularly scheduled delivery, the procedure is slightly different.
