How often can we get our MARC records updated? When are my MARC records delivered?
MARC updates are run starting on the 6th of the month to be delivered no later than the 15th. Changes made in the Client Center take a day to go into effect for the MARC updates (the same as they do for the E-Journal Portal). This means that changes should typically be made to your profile no later than the 5th of every month to be included in that month's MARC updates. If you would like more specific information about the timing of your updates, contact us using the Support Portal option menu near the top of this page.
We typically provide new, changed, and deleted records every month. However, at your request, we can deliver every other month if needed. We can also provide special one-off updates, if needed, because of a significant change in database subscriptions.
