Selecting Monitor Request and Item Processes leads to blank screen

Description
Opening Monitor Requests & Item Processes page leads to a blank page outside of Alma for one particular library. (We can get to resources in other locations listed under Pickup Location but not this library. We also clicked on this library under Owner and got a blank screen.)
Resolution
Open a Case with Support, who can run the indexing job for fulfillment requests -- which may resolve the issue -- or who will work with Development to resolve it.
