360 KB: Springer for R&D databases: Titles Will Be Removed -- effective August, 2018
What is happening to Springer for R&D databases?
ProQuest currently has title-level information for 369 Springer for R&D databases from provider Springer Nature in the Knowledgebase. Since Spinger's original URLs now resolve separately for Academic and R&D clients these databases are the duplicates of Academic SpringerLINK databases.
In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from Springer for R&D databases and the database will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on August 1, 2018. The databases will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible.
Please see the attached list for details on the database names and database codes.
