360 KB: Editions & Adaptations of Shakespeare from Chadwyck-Healey: Database Name Change -- November 2024
What is happening to the name of database Editions & Adaptations of Shakespeare?
The database Editions & Adaptations of Shakespeare has been migrated to the ProQuest platform. During the dual-access period, which ends in January 2025, we are updating the Chadwyck-Healey database name to reflect its legacy status before it is fully retired. Note that the DB code for the ProQuest version of this database is NONNY.
The content of the Chawdyck-Healey database, and the database ID (BIV), will remain the same.
This change will take effect on November 14, 2024:
- Before November 14: Editions & Adaptations of Shakespeare
- After November 14: Editions & Adaptations of Shakespeare (Legacy)
Actions you may need to take:
- If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds the database name as it appears in the Client Center/Intota to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after November 14.
- If your library uses a third-party service (such as EBSCO A-Z, etc.), custom scripts to manage data, or other non-ProQuest tools that require the database name to function, you should note the change in ProQuest's database name in order to retain the proper relationship/mapping between those tools.
