What is happening to the URL of the EBSCO Open Dissertations database?

The database EBSCO Open Dissertations from the provider Ebsco has updated thier default database URL. Therefore, we will be changing the database-level link in the Knowledgebase (NOTE: the database code for this database is ACVCF)

This change will take effect on January, 20, 2025:

• Before January, 20, 2025:  https://biblioboard.com/opendissertations/
• After January, 20, 2025: https://opendissertations.org/

Action you need to take:

• If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds direct URLs or database specific information to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after January, 20, 2025.
