What is happening to the Taylor & Francis eBook databases?

The eBook databases from the provider Taylor & Francis (including CRC Press) have been migrated to a new platform at https://www.taylorfrancis.com/.

In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on the Knowledgebase collection policy), we will be updating the title-level URLs for all affected databases. Taylor & Francis has stated they are working on producing the necessary KBART title lists and hope to have them ready during the week of 27 November. In the meantime, content is still accessible on the old platform or via redirects.

Please see attached a list of collections affected.

Action you need to take:

• If your institution uses a proxy, please make sure you include the following in your configuration file: https://www.taylorfrancis.com/
• If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds direct URLs or database specific information to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after the Knowledgebase updates, currently estimated to be the week of 27 November.
