Description:
There is 500% CPU usage on BO production machine. Searches are slow as well.

This was caused by a terminated pipe. If after 10 min the job is not terminated, the process kills all threads running for this work by interrupting them one by one.
In cases where the threads can't be killed, the terminate thread will wait forever trying to kill them.

Resolution:
The only way to clean up a terminated pipe is by restarting the BO JBOSS.
