    Q: Is it possible connect the analytics dashboard with power BI?

    A: No, our analytics platform currently does not integrate or connect with any third-party system. However you may manually export the data as a CSV file to analyze in another program.

    Q: Can we export data from campusM analytics?

    A: Yes, you can manually export any data or report you create to a CSV file.

    Q: Can analytics report on App Roles as well?

    A: Currently user activity can be separated in analytics by App Profile, but App Roles are not currently available in analytics. Adding this feature is part of the campusM 2024 roadmap.

    Q: Are notifications always free? Is there a limit to the number of users we can send them to?

    A: Notifications from campusM have no financial implication for the institution sending them, and there is no limit to the number of notifications that can be sent, nor the number of users they can be sent to.

    Q: Is there a way to force a user into a group before they have registered in campusM?

    A: campusM cannot apply roles to users that do not yet exist in its database, but with the Role Sync product integration, users are given roles automatically upon registering to the app for the first time.
