"Can't create Shipping Cash transaction" error in Photocopy Requests in Circulation GUI

Question    
Under the GUI Circulation client/Patron Activity tab/Photocopy Requests, when selecting the "Shipping" button on the far right of the window and clicking "OK" on the first popup, another popup appears -- "Can't create Shipping Cash transaction." Why?

 

Answer    
A line needs to be added to UTIL/G/2 for "photo-shipment-id". The following information should be added to the UTIL/G/2 in each ADM library that is running the photocopy processing: 

Sequence name: photo-shipment-id 
Value: 0 
Suppress: Y 
Type: U 
Prefix: Optional field. In Aleph's demo library, "SHIP-" is used, but this can be changed to whatever preference, or left empty. 

The client can then be restarted to use the Shipping function without error. The pc server shouldn't need to be restarted, but can be restarted if the error still appears.
