In Aleph 19 the edit menu has been split up. There are two Edit menus - 'Edit Actions' and 'Edit Text'.

Is there a way to swap these mouse options so you get the 'Edit Text' menu when you right-click?

RightClickMenu=EditActions [the Default] or
The latter will give you the 'Edit Text' menu when you right-click.
