856 Links generating "Internal error: No Viewer defined or doesn't exist."

Description:
the 856 link called by the MEDIA service is throwing this error:
Internal error: No Viewer defined or doesn't exist.
and the icon does not load.

Configuration looks correct.

Resolution:
The following tables were missing:
alephe/tab/tab_z403_directory.eng
alephe/tab/tab_z403_extension.eng
alephe/tab/tab_z403_info.eng

Obtaining those tables solve the problem. These tables can be found in the ./alephe.orig/tab directory. Copy these to the alephe/tab directory, and restart web server.
